Usage Information

You may use any of the generated graphics for your personal or your commerical web site.

You can not claim that you created these graphics, or any derivation of the graphics created at FlamingText.com. (Please use "Graphics created by FlamingText.com")

You can not build a collection. You are not allowed to create collections that include any images from FlamingText.com. This includes both commerical and non-commercial uses.

You can not use the generated graphics in a way that will lessen these rights for FlamingText.com, the font authors, or others.

You may not resell any graphics from FlamingText.com, however you may use FlamingText.com to generate images as part of a larger web-development project as long as this project doesn't violate the other Usage, and the generating of the images is only a small part of the project.

We make these rules mostly to protect the font authors, most of which have given their fonts freely, and so we wish to protect their property.

Note for print/T-Shirts etc:
As far as we are concerned, you can use the images generated for print material T-shirts/CD covers etc. However, the image that you create might use a font not made by us. So you should seek permission from the font authors to use their font in this way.

To find the font author, goto fonts and find your font. Under the font, you will see the font authors name, and web site. If there is no author, you will have to do your own research. If the web site is not found, you should use google to try and find it. If you do not find it, you are on your own, we can't help you find the site.

If you find a font author site is out of date, you may email us the updated URL here (thanks!).
